Divine bite-sized canapés are quite simply the best way to welcome guests into your home during the festive season. And so – in anticipation of the many celebrations you’re sure to be holding this Christmas – we’ve created an exclusive Canapé Masterclass and Lunch event with Bowcliffe Executive Chef, Andy Lawson.
Taking place in the pretty Potting Shed, you’ll spend time with our resident culinary talent, Andy – previously a Betty’s Cookery School tutor and a familiar face at the Great Yorkshire Show – as he teaches you how to create four delicious, miniature masterpieces. Then, you’ll enjoy a delicious two-course lunch, especially created by Andy.

Over the course of the masterclass, Andy will demonstrate how to make all the following canapés:
- Gin and tonic salmon, pickled cucumber, burnt lemon gel
- Oxtail bonbons, bloody Mary ketchup
- Whitby crab and butternut squash veloute
- Christmas pudding eclairs

When? Thursday 16th November 2017
Timings: Arrive at 10.30am for tea, coffee, and festive biscuits. You’ll then enjoy an hour-long canapé masterclass before lunching at 12.15 for a 1.45/2pm finish.
