That’s why we’ve decided that on the last Friday of each month, The Bowcliffe Drivers’ Club will transform into the finest steakhouse in Yorkshire – welcoming you and your guests to our incredible Long Lazy Steak Lunches. And believe us, the steak has never been less humble.
Exclusively for Drivers’ Club Members and their guests, we want you to come, eat and enjoy the afternoon in the sumptuous surroundings of the Drivers’ Club, set in the stunning Bowcliffe Hall Estate.
Start your meal with our incredible home-smoked salmon, straight from the smoker – the perfect mix of salty and sweet. Follow that with a unique steak that has been aged in a Himalayan salt chamber. Himalayan salt is the purest salt in the world and along with strictly controlled temperature conditions it removes moisture and purifies the air, allowing the steaks to be aged up to three months. Supplied to us from one of Yorkshire’s finest butchers, R&J Butchers, who maintain their own herd to ensure a focus on taste and uncompromising quality, choose from mouth-watering fillet, sirloin, ribeye or chateaubriand – cooked to your liking over charcoal and served with triple cooked chips and melting stilton hollandaise. Relax late into the afternoon with our Yorkshire cheeseboard and fine wines. Pre-order your wines and we will have them chilling and breathing – ask to see our fine wine list.
