Sophie and Stewart’s late summer wedding at Bowcliffe was as close to perfect as you could wish for. Not only did they have the most handsome four-legged friend for the first part of the day, they were blessed with a cloudless blue sky, allowing guests to enjoy sipping drinks and milling about on the sunny south-facing terrace before a stunning wedding breakfast in the glamorous Ballroom.

The cake was cut in the coolest space at Bowcliffe, The Drivers’ Club, and a supremely heated game of flat cap tossing took place on the lawns . Guests posed for photos in front of the Bowcliffe plane before heading back into the Ballroom, which had been transformed into the ultimate party venue. Cue dancing all night.
