Wendy & Steve’s Wedding at Bowcliffe Hall – as featured on Brides Up North

Back in August 2015, a wonderful couple named Wendy & Steve chose Bowcliffe Hall as the place they wanted to say ‘I do’. And what a wedding day it turned out to be.

Bowcliffe doesn’t have specific wedding packages, choosing instead to work with each couple to create a completely bespoke day. With a limited number of weddings throughout the year, Wendy and Steve were given complete creative license for their special day, with the help and support of Bowcliffe’s Director of Events, Michael Gledhill.

Any couple who marries at Bowcliffe Hall has the full estate to themselves, so rather than sticking to a single venue, Wendy & Steve were given access to all that the Hall and grounds have to offer, including the Drivers Club, Bowcliffe Room, the tiny on site chapel, the Blackburn Wing (where they chose to hold their reception) and the luscious gardens.
